The Pan-Lok Cinematic Elevating Tripod was manufactured in the 1960s and 1970s by the Pan company in Japan and by Quick Set Incorporated in Skoi, Illinois, USA. 

Key Features:

  • Elevating Mechanism: Features a geared elevator centre column for precise height adjustments.
  • 3-Way Pan Head: Includes a pan-and-tilt head with dedicated knobs for horizontal and vertical locking.
  • Construction: Built with a 3-section channel tripod design made primarily of aluminum.
  • Maximum Height: Extends to approximately 5 feet (1.5 meters) when fully extended.
