2026-08-04 - Minolta SRT 100 Camera

 

The Minolta SRT 100  Camera is a fully mechanical 35mm SLR camera introduced in March 1971. It features full-aperture TTL metering, a bright viewfinder, and robust all-metal construction.

Key Features:

  • Type: manual focus 35mm Single Lens Reflex (SLR)
  • Lens Mount: Minolta SR bayonet mount (accepts MC and MD manual focus lenses)
  • Shutter: Mechanical cloth focal-plane shutter; speeds from 1 sec to 1/500th of a second, plus Bulb (B)
  • Flash Sync Speed: 1/60th of a second (X-sync)
  • ISO/ASA Range: Manual adjustment from 10 to 3200.
  • Light Meter: Through-the-lens (TTL) Contrast Light Compensator (CLC) dual-cell CdS meter.
  • Power Source: Functions completely mechanically without a battery. The 1.35-volt battery is only required to power the internal light meter.
