The Gevaert Gevabox 6x9 Camera is a medium-format box camera using 120 roll film, manufactured in Germany for the Belgian photographic company Gevaert. There are two versions of this camera and this model is the first version.
o First Version (Waist-Level Viewfinder): Released in 1951 and manufactured Herman Wolf GmbH in Germany. It features a rigid, boxy metal body and two bright waist-level viewfinders for portrait and landscape orientation.
o Second Version (Eye-Level Viewfinder): Released in 1955 and manufactured by Bilora in Germany. This version features a more streamlined, rounded metal casing and an eye-level plastic viewfinder sitting on top.

- Film Type: Standard 120 roll film, producing eight 6x9 cm exposures per roll.
- Film Advancement: Manual winding controlled via a traditional red window on the back.
